Virtual Prototyping and CAD Modeling
We support customers in designing machinery, equipment and components in a 3D environment — from concept, through the engineering model, to manufacturing-ready documentation. A virtual prototype makes it possible to verify geometry, interferences and manufacturability before the first physical unit is built, shortening the design cycle and reducing the cost of rework. We work with high-performance 3D engines that handle highly complex assemblies, and the resulting design data provides a consistent foundation for the subsequent stages of production preparation.

VR Technology - Manufacturing Readiness Evaluation and Assembly Process Simulation
We use 3D data from CAD systems to build a virtual environment in which product assemblability and production readiness can be assessed before the line is started up. Using VR, we replay assembly operations, verifying tool accessibility, the sequence of steps and workstation ergonomics — catching issues that traditionally surface only on the shop floor. The result is design reviews conducted on a virtual model, reliable assembly instructions, and a significantly shorter ramp-up time for new products.

Designing, Implementing, and Improving Production Lines
We design and optimise production lines — from workstation layout and material flow, through line balancing, to the analysis of operation times and throughput. 3D simulation makes it possible to test alternative line layouts and production scenarios in a virtual environment before investment decisions are made, while time-and-motion analysis pinpoints concrete efficiency reserves in existing processes. We support customers both when launching new lines and in the continuous improvement of those already running — with a focus on shorter operation times, reduced labour intensity and lower manufacturing costs.
